MP Materials 10X Facility

MP Materials' second U.S. NdFeB magnet manufacturing facility, announced July 10, 2025 as part of the company's public-private partnership with the U.S. Department of Defense, with commissioning expected to begin in 2028 and a 10-year DoD-backed offtake commitment covering 100% of its magnet output. In February 2026 MP selected a 120-acre site in Northlake, Texas within the AllianceTexas development.
