REalloys Tooele Army Depot heavy rare earth facility
Planned dysprosium and terbium refining facility at Tooele Army Depot, Utah. On June 25, 2026 the U.S. Army announced the conditional award of a long-term Enhanced Use Lease to REalloys under its Strategic Capital Initiatives, with formal lease agreements in negotiation; REalloys intends to refine dysprosium and terbium drawing on allied feedstock including Canadian heavy rare earth supply. The Army stated development is slated to begin as early as 2027 with Initial Operating Capability targeted by, or ahead of, 2028.
